A business credit card can help you manage your company’s finances more efficiently. With a line of credit, you can handle cash flow issues, keep track of expenses, and qualify for deals and discounts.

Manage Cash Flow

Cash flow is always an issue with businesses. Bills are due while you are waiting for accounts to be paid. A business credit card can help you get through these short-term issues without having to take out a line of credit.

For small business, a credit card is often the first type of credit available to you. For sole proprietorships, your personal credit record will determine your credit limit. For other types of ownership, you will need to supply a business plan and financial statements.

Keep Track Of Expenses

Having a separate credit card for your business can help you keep better track of your expenses. Some credit card companies offer spending reports to help you identify spending habits. You can also look at your statement online.

Not only will a separate account help with accounting, it will also look better to the IRS. The government looks suspiciously when business and personal accounts are lumped together. Separate accounts are easier to track, especially important when you are declaring expenses on your tax return.

You can also request additional cards for employees. These company cards can have daily spending limits, to protect your company from fraud. With online statements, you can see watch activity on your account. You know what was spent, even if your employee forgot to turn in a receipt.

Qualify For Deals And Discounts

Business credit cards can also qualify you for special deals and discounts, just like with a personal account. You may choose a program that offers airline miles or reward points. To find the lowest interest rate though, stick with a plain account that has no fees.

To find the best deals, compare several programs. While your mailbox may be full of offers, searching online will probably yield better results. Be sure to read the find print for information on APR and other terms. By finding the right card, you will have a better handle on your cash flow issues.

“Christmas Time, Mistletoe and Wine” How many times have you heard this so far and its only November? A few I’ll bet, but with Christmas seemingly becoming earlier to us each year, we will no doubt feel the need to get ahead with our present and food buying. This though only leads to us spending more than we should. This is because with the shops full of decorations and Christmas tunes, the stores are dictating to us that we have to buy our gifts now, which will mean by the time December has come and gone. We would have spent more over the 2-month period that the shops have been full of Christmas cheer.

This is not all bah! Humbug.

Personally for the occasion alone and seeing the kids faces when they open their presents on Christmas morning, as Christmas is a special time of year that for the day makes all the preparation and spending all worth while.

But that doesn’t mean that it comes without cost and in some cases more of a cost than folk can ill afford. For all of its pomp and occasion, Christmas can come at a heavy price to bear for a lot of people who, rather than let their children and family down, will turn to the promise of riches that credit cards and store cards offer.

Don’t get me wrong, credit cards and even store cards, have their uses. This is only true though, if you only use them to your advantage, to get the best out of them. If you are thinking of taking one or the other, then the only suggestion that I can make is to plump for the credit card, over the store card.

We all want to enjoy this time of year, so by getting all that you want to do this and in doing so, save cash and not to fall heavily into debt, will make the festivities all the more enjoyable. So by giving you a few advantages and disadvantages, which credit cards and store cards entail, will hopefully go a long way on helping you make the right decisions.

Firstly the advantages of credit cards:

•	More favourable interest rates than a store card.
•	Many offers on the market, which are giving you an interest free period.
•	Some come with money back schemes that give you a percentage of your expenditure back to you. (Usually between 0.5%- 2%)
•	Will protect your gifts, as soon as you have bought them.
• Lets you buy now and pay at a later date, only on what you have spent without incurring any interest charges.

Now the disadvantages:

•	Can lead you to spend more than you can afford to pay back, which in turn will lead to the interest being charged to your account.
•	They can come with a heavy hit in the pocket, with charges for late payments and going over your credit limit.

Advantages of the store card:

•	Can use them as soon as you are accepted for the card.
•	Initial discount (normally 10% off you first purchase) will give you a saving straight away.

Disadvantages:

•	Overly high interest rates, which are well above those of a credit card. Some can be as much as 30%.
•	Can lead you quickly to debt, if they are not cleared at the end of each month.
•	Sold to the customer, by assistants who know absolutely nothing about what they are selling.

What is Algebra?

Mathematics has long been one of the virtually frightening subjects in American schools. While in other countries graduate pupils excel in math, most of the average high school age students in the United States scratch their heads when presented questions about converting fractions to decimals, converting measures and units, solving linear inequalities, or solving radical equations . It makes sense that this predicament is as universal as it is. Algebra consists of various complex mathematical equations that it is easy for a student to get lost when expected to explain synthetic division or adding fractions. For that matter, algebra is mostly based on using letters to substitute for numbers. While this isn’t highly complex in and of itself, it lends itself poorly to the ‘jump in and play’ view of some math. Put simply, the ability to perform a certain algebraic task is dependent on the person already knowing a task that preceded it. This is to say that Algebra is a process that involves mastery of every step in order to advance. A student can’t hope for finding square root radicals and roots when he or she has not learned proportions and ratios, or converting measures and units.

Technological Breakthroughs:

While this is not a recent development, it looks that mathematics grades have dropped off even further in recent years. The blame can be ascribed to many parties, but no solution comes out of finger pointing. Recently, there have been extracurricular aids on the market to aid children groom mathematical skills when out of the classroom. What little software or program there was, more geared towards assisting younger children grasp the constructs of arithmetic. Fortunately, the market for such a product has coincided with the technology necessary, letting an inflow of ‘algebra computer software‘ or ‘algebra solver‘ programs that permit the mastery of algebra to anybody with a computer and a mouse.

Algebra Software Programs:

The algebra calculators vary depending on the brand and the program. Some may provide such features as graphing a circle, or solving simultaneous equations , but may not have the computer programing necessary for resolving exponential equations or adding exponents. The users are suggested to evaluate these algebra software package upon purchase, but many algebra solver computer software systems will advertise their features. The best bet for anybody who is interested in computer assistance for subtracting rational expressions or converting decimals to fractions; basically, whatever specific requirement you would have, is to consult the internet and explore the product in question.
