Go through this U-verse Crappy Experience
If your home thinking about picking up attuverse it’s time to think about one of their competitors … unless you enjoy below average signals in addition to never ending hold times to get in touch with a rep on the phone.
You’ve gotten a million great att television experiences so I’m relaying the truth. I am totally shocked at the amount of people who were for the service. I’m complaining because I was just on hold for 47 minutes to speak with anyone because my very 1st bill was a disconnect notice and a bill of $392. After bouncing to several other people, I was finally sent to someone who said he could make a modification on the amount. After 43 minutes on hold, I was advised that the first person I fought with could only change it. So, that was pretty much waste of a long call that didn’t fix anything since the other office closed while I was wasting time.
On top of that atrocious time, I’ve had a repairman come to my place 16 times for the terrible signal. Nothing has changed. The only reasonI decided to go with them is because the number of channels has potential and it costs below the other providers. But seriously, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
